• Wheel and tire detailing

All services are subject to availability and may require prior booking. Specific details regarding each service, including pricing and estimated completion times, will be provided upon inquiry.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Cancellations/Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
• Vehicle Condition: While we aim to provide exceptional results, the final outcome of certain services (e.g., paint correction) can be influenced by the pre-existing condition of the vehicle. Any severe damage or significant issues should be disclosed prior to service commencement.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Quoted Prices: All prices quoted for our services are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. A detailed quote will be provided before commencing any work.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking or upon arrival.
• Additional Charges: Any additional services requested by the customer during the detailing process will be quoted and agreed upon before being carried out. Certain conditions requiring extra effort (e.g., excessive pet hair, heavy staining, severe paint defects) may incur additional charges.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Vehicle Contents: Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to the service. Meridian Shine is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
• Disclosure of Issues: Customers must inform Meridian Shine of any specific concerns, pre-existing damage, or areas requiring special attention on their vehicle before the start of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Meridian Shine takes utmost care in providing its services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, issues, or damages to your vehicle that were not caused by our direct actions during the detailing process.
• We shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• In no event shall Meridian Shine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
